Summer Blast Hits Northwest Arkansas

Bentonville Seventh-day Adventist Church just wrapped up a week of fun, friends, and faith at its Summer Blast. On July 12–18, at 6:30 p.m. each night, the community was invited to come out to the Bentonville church and bring the kids (ages 4–12) for a night packed with games, music, prizes, and a short spiritual message given by Kojo Twumasi, evangelism director of the Ohio Conference.
The free event demonstrated Christ’s compassion to our community while sharing the life-changing message of salvation. Every night ended with a giveaway, including such items as fuel cards, Walmart gift cards, sneakers, school supplies, toys, laundry supplies, a Visa gift card, and groceries.
And after an incredible week, on Sabbath, July 18, Summer Blast concluded with a day of rest and worship.
More than 1,000 guests visited the church during this special week, and 35 individuals made the decision to surrender their lives to Jesus.
Please pray for the Bentonville church as they disciple these new believers and continue reaching their community with the love and hope of Christ.
