Jessica Daniels Joins Marthaville Church

On June 6, 2026, Jessica Daniels joined the Marthaville Seventh-day Adventist Church through baptism. Pastor Stephen Orian conducted the service as members celebrated her decision.

Daniels was baptized as a child in the Methodist Church and later joined a Baptist congregation. Several years ago, after her daughter was baptized at the Marthaville church, Daniels began attending church with her and was drawn to the warmth and fellowship of the congregation.

As she studied the Bible, Daniels became convinced that Saturday is the biblical Sabbath. After receiving Bible studies from Jerry and Melissa Parker and attending the Hope Rising evangelistic meetings presented by Maryland Pastor Benjamin Orian at the Central Louisiana Seventh-day Adventist Church, Daniels embraced the teachings she had been studying.

Daniels’ rebaptism marked a renewed commitment to Jesus and a desire to live out her faith.
