Batesville Centenarian

BATESVILLE, ARK. – On June 16, 2019, A.E. “Dutch” Amedee celebrated his 100th birthday with family, friends and church family. Close to 100 people attended–one for each year of his life!

When asked what he thought the secret to a long life, he provided the following advice: Trust in the Lord. Remain busy even after you retire; don’t get lazy, and have a good vegetarian diet. Dutch is well loved and it showed with all the people that came to help him celebrate and wish him well.
