Pavel Goia, D.Min., will be the featured speaker for the 2027 Prayer Conference, Jan. 22–23, 2027, in Shreveport, La.
Goia is a Seventh-day Adventist pastor, author, and international speaker with a special emphasis on prayer, faith, and the work of the Holy Spirit.
The conference will be held at Shreveport South Seventh-day Adventist Church, with meetings Friday evening and throughout Sabbath.
The weekend will offer an opportunity for the Arkansas-Louisiana Conference family to come together, “United in Mission” through prayer. It will also continue the spiritual emphasis of the General Conference’s 10 Days of Prayer (Jan. 6–16), with the theme “Prayers and Prophecy—God’s Sure Word.” These prayer events also support the General Conference’s OneVoice27 initiative.
