The Norman Seventh-day Adventist Church hosted its Community Fun Day on August 2, welcoming approximately 200 to 250 community members for an evening of activities, fellowship, and conversation.

Families from across the neighborhood enjoyed games and other activities while church volunteers welcomed guests and served throughout the evening.

"Pastor Steve, his family and some church volunteers did a great job," said Edward Bryan, Oklahoma Conference Evangelism and Church Planting coordinator.

The event also helped build connections with the community. Several guests asked how they could help with future programs.

The strong turnout generated interest in Vacation Bible School. Families who attended the Community Fun Day expressed plans to return, and some asked how they could help spread the word.

Encouraged by the relationships formed during the Community Fun Day, church members are now preparing for a week of VBS that will focus on learning, fellowship, and spiritual growth,
