The Heber Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church had a very special afternoon Aug. 15 amid the blue waters of Greers Ferry Lake in Heber Springs.
Pastor Laurie DeWitt baptized Faith Sunday. He had been studying with this young woman for several weeks.
The church met at the beach in Heber and prayed and shared tears of joy to watch this precious young woman give her heart to her God. The setting was picture perfect, and the water was blue and welcoming.
Sunday’s parents and grandparents were there for this very special day. The church welcomed this new member into their flock with joy and laughter.
